Kingmark is a busy and expanding money service company with three offices in Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby. Kingmark currently has one full time position (5 days a week, 8 hours a day) available on the team of Customer Service Representatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing money service at our front desk and maintaining the assigned duties in office. They must possess common sense, a good work ethic, ability to work independently and in a team, as well as have oral communication skills in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese. A positive attitude, attention to detail and strong basic mathematic skills are also required.
We anticipate all applicants to have excellent references, understand the importance of confidentiality, and bring initiative and attention to detail to work.
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: Banking or Accounting experience would be an asset.
Languages: English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Microsoft Windows, General office equipment
Essential Skills: Strong basic Mathematic skills, Oral communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing, General computer knowledge
Specific Skills: Customer service; Receive and issue payments; Obtain and process information required to provide services; Answer, screen and forward telephone calls; Record and relay information; Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail and documents
Additional Skills: Data entry, Maintain records
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced office environment; Able to work under pressure; May need to be available to work on Saturday and Sunday
